Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 June 2026
Effective from: 30 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website aiprofitpathway.pro and your enrolment in training programmes offered by AI Profit Pathway Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms.
1. About AI Profit Pathway
AI Profit Pathway Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202937264M) is a Singapore-registered vocational training provider offering practical AI courses for income growth, career advancement, and professional productivity. Our "pathway" branding refers to structured educational programmes — not financial investment pathways, not AI consulting services, and not guaranteed income outcomes.
2. Nature of services
We provide vocational training in the use of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot. Our services include live cohort courses, self-paced modules, weekend intensives, corporate workshops, skills review sessions, and alumni forums. We do not provide: software development, AI system implementation, managed IT services, investment advice, financial planning, life coaching, or guaranteed business results.
3. Enrolment and payment
Programme fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are indicative unless confirmed in a signed enrolment agreement. Payment is due as specified at registration. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards through our payment processor. Prices may change for future intakes; confirmed enrolments honour the fee at time of registration. Corporate invoices are payable within thirty days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations more than fourteen days before cohort commencement receive a full refund minus a S$50 administration fee. Cancellations seven to fourteen days before receive a fifty percent credit toward a future programme. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a nominated colleague with our approval. Self-paced module access is non-refundable after activation. We reserve the right to cancel undersubscribed cohorts with full refund or transfer option.
5. Attendance and completion
Completion certificates are issued to participants who attend the minimum required sessions and complete assessed pathway requirements. Certificates attest to training participation only. They do not constitute university degrees, professional licences, or industry certifications unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific programme with a named awarding body.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, pathway curriculum, slides, templates, and website content are owned by AI Profit Pathway Pte. Ltd. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own professional development. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course materials is prohibited without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse our website or systems; submit false enrolment information; record sessions without permission; harass staff or other participants; use our training to develop get-rich-quick schemes or misleading income claims; or reverse-engineer our curriculum for commercial republication.
8. AI tool usage in programmes
Training exercises use third-party AI tools that may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate outputs. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before professional use. We teach critical evaluation of AI outputs; we do not warrant the accuracy of any AI tool demonstrated in class.
9. Income and outcome disclaimer
AI Profit Pathway delivers vocational training in practical AI tools — including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot — for income growth, career advancement, and professional productivity. Completion certificates reflect your participation in structured pathway programmes only; they are not university degrees unless a named awarding body is stated in writing. We do not guarantee specific income, profit, salary increases, or business results. Demonstrations and exercises may produce inaccurate AI outputs; professional decisions require human judgement. This is skills training, not investment or financial advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost income, lost profits, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AI Profit Pathway Pte. Ltd. against claims arising from your misuse of course materials, violation of these Terms, or professional decisions you make based on AI tool training received in our programmes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance. Enrolled participants receive notice of material changes via email.

15. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver programmes due to events beyond our reasonable control, including government restrictions, venue closures, facilitator illness, or technology outages affecting third-party AI tools. In such cases we will offer rescheduled sessions or pro-rata credits at our discretion.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a Singapore court, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with your signed enrolment confirmation and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Profit Pathway Pte. Ltd. regarding website use and programme participation. They supersede all prior discussions, marketing materials, and informal communications except where explicit written guarantees are provided in your enrolment contract.
18. Pathway branding clarification
The terms "profit pathway", "income module", "pathway cohort", and similar branding on this website refer exclusively to vocational AI education programmes. They do not represent investment products, financial instruments, securities, or guaranteed return schemes. Participation in our structured profit training does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or employment relationship between you and AI Profit Pathway Pte. Ltd. beyond the training services explicitly described in your enrolment agreement.
19. Website use
Your use of aiprofitpathway.pro is subject to these Terms. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically download content from our website without written permission. You may not use our website to distribute malware, send spam, or impersonate our company. We reserve the right to block access from IP addresses that violate these rules.
20. Assignment
You may not transfer your enrolment or rights under these Terms to another person without our written consent, except as permitted under our cancellation and transfer policy. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in the event of merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring, with notice to enrolled participants.
21. Dispute resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or our training services. We will respond within fourteen business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty days, either party may pursue remedies in the Singapore courts as set out in Section 12.
22. Language
These Terms are written in English (Singapore). In the event of any conflict between an translated version and the English version, the English version prevails. All communications regarding these Terms will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate training contracts.
